Built Around a Different Kind of Problem
Sinergi Labs was founded in Kuala Lumpur by a small group of technologists and organisational advisors who had spent years watching well-funded AI initiatives underdeliver. The technology was rarely the problem. The friction lived elsewhere — in unclear objectives, ill-fitted tools, undertrained staff, and vendors incentivised to sell complexity over clarity.
We set out to offer something more deliberate. Our work is structured around three focused services: helping companies design AI-powered training infrastructure, teaching teams to apply forecasting models to real business decisions, and guiding procurement teams through a vendor landscape that grows more difficult to navigate every quarter.
Based in Bangsar, we work primarily with clients across Kuala Lumpur, the Klang Valley, and other major business centres in Malaysia. Our engagements are kept deliberately small so that every client receives direct attention from our senior consultants — not handoffs to junior staff once a contract is signed.

Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Confidentiality First
All engagements begin with a mutual NDA. Client information, strategies, and internal data are never shared, referenced externally, or used to inform work with other organisations.
Clear Scoping
We document project scope before any engagement begins. Deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria are written down and agreed before work starts.
Senior Delivery
The consultants named in your proposal are the ones who do the work. We do not win projects with senior staff and deliver with junior teams — every engagement is personally led.
Vendor-Neutral Advice
We do not receive referral fees or commercial arrangements from AI vendors. Our evaluations and recommendations reflect only what we assess to be in the client's best interest.
Responsible Data Handling
Client datasets used in workshops or consulting are handled in compliance with Malaysia's PDPA framework. Data is deleted from our systems at project close unless otherwise agreed.
Honest Feedback
If a proposed approach is unlikely to deliver value, we say so clearly rather than proceeding with work that will not serve the client well. We would rather lose a project than waste your resources.
